之前弄了个新顶级黑名单，https://www.dalao.net/thread-27707.htm
就是注册时普通价格，注册后过段时间被注册局搞成溢价域名，从几十元续费变成几百元续费甚至几千元续费。

当时列举了已经有变溢价行为的公司名单：

但是最近发现Identity Digital的域名也会平价变溢价了。
旗下Name.com虽然只能算全球前二十名，但是Identity Digital作为域名技术服务商可能仅次于COM、NET管理者：Verisign威瑞信。
Identity Digital是ORG域名的技术服务商，同时管理INFO、MOBI等域名。
旗下新顶级域名更是一堆。

作为行业老大哥GoDaddy还有基础服务商老二Identity Digital已经是无道德赚钱了，那么新顶级也没有意义了。

如果非要列举新顶级白名单，那么目前我只能说Google旗下的域名暂时安全，他家不靠这个赚钱，目前不至于搞臭自己，当然Google可能会出售新顶级域名，毕竟已经出售域名注册商：Google Domains，如果Google的新顶级域名也黑了，那么这个行业就完全废了。
